Refund policy

Digital Products

All digital products—including ebooks, audiobooks, downloadable files, and bonus materials—are non‑refundable.

Because digital items are delivered instantly and cannot be returned once downloaded, all sales of digital products are considered final.

Accidental Purchases & Technical Issues

If you:

  • purchased the wrong item
  • accidentally bought a duplicate
  • meant to buy a bundle instead
  • are having trouble accessing your files

please reach out within 7 days of purchase. In eligible situations, I’m happy to offer store credit so you can select the correct product.

Store Credit

Store credit may be offered at my discretion for:

  • duplicate orders
  • books purchased in the wrong format (ebooks vs audiobooks and vice versa)

Store credit never expires and can be used toward any product in the shop.

Paperback Books

Paperback books may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of delivery, provided the book is in new, unread condition.

To qualify for a refund:

  • The book must be returned in its original, sellable condition
  • The return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your book arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact me within 7 days with photos of the issue. I will replace the item or issue a refund at no cost to you.

How to Start a Return

  • Your order number
  • The item you’d like to return
  • A brief description of the issue (if applicable)

I’ll reply with return instructions and next steps.
