Refund & Return Policy

Refunds:

Refunds do not apply to eBooks or audiobooks. These are instant downloads, and therefore all sales are final.

We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Paperbacks: 

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at jessicaashley@authorjessicaashley.com if there is anything wrong with the item (defective or you received the wrong one, etc.). That way we can address the issue and get you a replacement.

Returns are only given for damaged or defective items if you contact us within 7 days of receiving item (according to the tracking information).

Please use the subject "return with your order number" and include your name, order number, reason you are returning, as well as a picture of the damage. If item is damaged, you have the choice to receive a refund or replacement item.

Please be sure to thoroughly check your order as there are no refunds if you accidentally order the wrong book or change your mind.
