When Alice, the tech information protector at Web Safe, sees her friend Ramiro murdered before her eyes, she knows she has to take her program patch and run. Shot as she's trying to escape her employer, she does what she can to get to a place where she will be safe.
Tango, the tech genius of Hunt Brothers Rescue, is hired to find an employee that has stolen proprietary information. He tracks her to her parents home.
Will he be able to protect her, will she trust him? Will he be able to deny the attraction?
Such a fast paced, exciting story! 4th book in the Hunt Brother's Rescue series.
I want to start by saying I received an ARC of this book. This is a Christian Romantic Suspense book. This book is about Silas and Bianca who we met earlier in the series. Silas and Bianca met while being held captive years ago. Now they have been reunited thanks to Knight Security. Silas is now raising his niece and trying to fight his feelings for Bianca after feeling betrayed. When the past catches up to them and they face danger will they be able to put the past behind them? Will they come to see no matter how much bad stuff they go through God is always with them? Will they realize their past and family don’t define them? This book is one of my favorites in this series. Silas and Bianca were great for each other. Eloise is such a sweetheart and she loves her uncle like crazy. The side characters of course are amazing as always. We did get the see Sila’s cousins who we will be getting a book series about and I’m excited. This book is the last in the series and I’m sad to see it end. If you love Christian Romantic Suspense then I recommend this series.
“God doesn’t forget people. People forget to pray.”
I love Jessica Ashley’s Christian romantic suspense, so when I realized that this book was chosen for bookclub this month, I couldn’t wait to read it. Ashley’s exploration of growth was powerful. She showed how change happens during moments of discomfort. Humans tend to shy away from discomfort, not realizing that it’s a powerful catalyst.
The youngest Hunt brother, Dylan, has returned broken from an assignment overseas. He feels he’s too broken to consider himself worthy of love, God’s or Emmaline Franklin’s. He’s angry with God and is suffering from survivor’s guilt. His discomfort at seeing Emma appear to move on with her life jumpstarts the unloading of burdens and encourages his growth. I loved watching his growth.
The tension created by the Karver family was perfectly balanced with the emotional pull of a tender reconciliation and room made for second chances.
I highly recommend this series!
Really great to listen to these! Entertaining, faith filled, exciting stories! Love them!

Great Story lines that grab your attention and keep it! Great suspense, and absolutely loved the faith aspect. My favorite is the personal note to the reader - thanks for being a light!
I love listening to the audio books as I sew. Jessica was super helpful in guiding me through the process to purchase and download the series. Thank you, Jessica. Your books mirror real human emotions and behaviors; the content is exciting, yet real; and the clean, Christian aspects make them especially desireable. Thank you! I always look forward to reading and listening.
